Returns and exchange


In case you do not like an item you've received or it doesn't fit you, feel free to send it back to us. Please notice that this policy doesn't include items e.g hygienic items, custome made products, products which we have ordered by our supliers especially for you and some others.

Please inform us about the return sending within 14 days after you've received your order and send it back to the following address:

The shipping cost of return should be paid by you.

Although your goods are very small never send them back in an envelope neither as registered letter. Do not use normal or local post. Only use insuranced parcel delivery.

The legal right to cancel does not apply for consumers outside of the European Union. Please contact us in advance before returning. Then we decide individually whether a return is possible and under what conditions. If you are returning from a non-EU country, please notice that we do not pay any duties or fees and that we can't make any customs declarations. In most cases delivery is possible only if custom clearance fees of minimum € 28,50 will be paid to DHL.
