Fisting Techniques
Fisting is definitely a sexual practice for experienced men. An understanding of the body, as well as a good sense of movement, pressure, and rhythm, are helpful for having hot shared experiences during fisting.
For many guys, fisting isn’t about getting the hand particularly deep into the hole, but rather about how the movements are performed.
Slow massaging, plenty of lube! and gradually opening the hole with your fingers while paying attention to your partner’s reactions can be a good start.
The right movement and the right pace of the hand determine the intensity and arousal much more than the size of the fist does.
Arousal arises from carefully controlled movements within the body, because our bodies react particularly strongly to changes in rhythm, intensity, and direction.
Many guys especially like it during fisting when
the active partner (fister) finds a steady rhythm as they move their hand in and out, but also changes it up from time to time
there are also frequent opportunities for the passive partner (fistee) to relax
after warming up, old boundaries are carefully pushed further, both in terms of depth and intensity
there are both gentle and demanding sequences of movements
Intense experiences during fisting arise primarily from playing with these elements. Pushing things to the extreme (both with your partner and yourself) and having unrealistic expectations aren't what's called for at first.

J-Lube? X-Lube? K-Lube? Crisco? the right lubricant for fisting
If you want to try fisting, you need the right lube—that’s a given! But which one is best for you? Which one helps you relax the most? Which one helps you reach new heights of pleasure? And which one is the right choice when it comes to safe sex?
As a general rule: Stay away from classic water- or silicone-based lubes designed for regular sex. A pro might be able to manage with them at some point. But the vast majority of fisters opt, for good reason, for the now impressive selection of lubricants made specifically for fisting.
You can choose from powders to mix yourself, oil-, water-, or silicone-based lubricants for fisting, or good hybrid lubricants. We’ve summarized the pros and cons of each type for you.
Powder to mix your own lube
Follow the instructions to mix the powder with (warm) water, blending it thoroughly either in a shaker or with a hand mixer to create a generous amount of lube (be sure to avoid lumps). The big advantage of these powders is that you get a huge amount of lube for relatively little money (and that’s exactly what you want!). Plus, you can adjust the thickness of the liquid yourself—if it’s too runny for you, just add more powder. They’re also safe for sex. Since they’re water-based, they won’t damage latex condoms or gloves. All powders provide plenty of slipperiness. This can be a bit of a hassle when cleaning up sheets or the floor. The trick: as long as no delicate materials are involved, use salt. It breaks down the molecular chains, making the lube easy to remove.
The best-known brands of powders are J-Lube, X-Lube, and K-Lube. We usually have all of them in stock in our shop.
Oil-based lubricants
The classic choice is undoubtedly Crisco. But there are also oil-based fisting lubricants that aren’t suitable for baking. Many swear by oil-based lubricants, and yes, there are advantages: they stay slippery longer than water-based lubricants (including powders), so you need less of it. In addition, oil-based lubricants have a different, perhaps slightly more substantial slipperiness. Important: They are generally not compatible with safe sex practices; at the very least, fats can damage latex. Therefore, avoid using latex condoms and gloves if possible. Also, be sure to prevent them from seeping into fabrics—Crisco residue on the couch can develop unpleasant, rancid odors over time.
Water- and silicone-based lubricants
Well-known manufacturers of pure water- or silicone-based fisting lubricants include Pjur and Eros. These manufacturers ensure that the lubrication is particularly strong and long-lasting. They are also generally very gentle on the skin, especially on the sensitive intestinal mucosa, compared to oils, for example. Cleaning up is also easier than with oils or homemade lube mixtures. Furthermore, they are compatible with latex condoms and gloves, making them suitable for safer sex. However, in terms of lubrication, they tend not
Hybrid Fisting Lubricants
The best of both worlds. That’s how hybrid lubricants are often marketed. Most of them are water-silicone hybrids. Often formulated as a cream, they may look somewhat like Crisco or Fist Butter. Generally speaking, water-based lubricants are easier to remove, while silicone-based ones provide better glide. As long as they don’t contain any oils, they’re also compatible with latex. They typically offer strong lubrication.
