The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the delivery country.

  • Within Germany we deliver free of charge for goods valued at € 75 or more. For a lower value of goods, shipping costs start at € 6.50.

  • Within the EU we deliver free of charge for goods with a value of €200 or more. For a lower value of goods, shipping costs start at €14.

You can find more information incl. shipping outside the EU on our shipping page. Your shipping costs will be calculated exactly when you add your desired goods in your shopping cart.

We offer lot's of payment methods, including individuell payment methods for special countries. For a detailed list of all accepted payment methods, have a look at the bottom of the homepage under “Payment options”.

Yes, we offer 2 options:

  • With the payment method “Kauf auf Rechnung” you pay the amount to “Ratepay” after receiving the goods. A German delivery address is required, as well as to submit your birthday and a telephone number.

  • With the “pay later” payment method, the amount will be charged to your PayPal account after 30 days.

A reputable online shop needs a secure payment service provider to receive and process payments for them. Your credit-card-details should not given to the onlineshop. For most payment methods (e.g. credit card) we use PayPal as a payment service provider. PayPal not only processes payments from its own PayPal customers, but also from shop customers who do not have a PayPal account. So if your payment was successful, you will receive an email from PayPal.

Yes, as long as you haven't yet received an email that your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you are welcome to change or add to your order. Just write us an email. By Selection the payment method “Purchase via Ratepay”, unfortunatelly changes are not possible.

Yes, if you choose that your delivery address is not the same as your billing address, then you get 4 options:

  • Delivery to another address

  • Delivery to a DHL Packstation

  • Delivery to a post office

  • Delivery to a preferred neighbor

If you select Packstation or post office, you even have the option to search for your nearest station or post office.

Our delivery time is writen at every item. It is one working day for us plus the delivery time from DHL. The delivery time for Germany is preset. To get the delivery time for another country, log in to your customer account and change the delivery country.

We make an effort to process your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday, we care about your order on the same day. If you place your order before 12 p.m. on these days, with a bit of luck the DHL driver will pick up your package with on the same day.

We ship by DHL. For outside Germany we always use the Premium shipping method of DHL.

We ship within the EU, to the Switzerland to the USA, to Canada, Norway, Iceland, Australia and New Zealand.

No. We ship absolutely discreet. Without stickers, external advertising or internet address. Only the DHL shipping label is stuck to the package.

As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you will receive an email from us with the tracking link. With the link you can track the delivery status of your package at any time. If the status doesn't change, you don't need to worry. Sometimes a scan is simply missing, especially when shipping outside Germany. If you still miss your package after the announced delivery time, we will be happy to help you.

Yes, in principle you can return a product. However, there are also exceptions and conditions. Please see "Returns and Exchanges" at the bottom of this page for more information.

Yes, if the delivery address is outside the EU. Log into your customer account and change the delivery address to your non-EU country. You will then see all prices excluding VAT. All other customers have to pay VAT.

Yes, for over 21 years we have a store at Fuggerstrasse 19, 10777 Berlin, You can also pick up your orde there.

Yes, if you can add an item to your shopping cart, at this time the item can also be purchased at our store. The stock of our online shop and physical store are connected together. That means as soon as an item is sold out online, it is also sold out in the store. Vice versa too. If an item is sold out in the store, it can only be watched online but can no longer be added to the shopping cart.

Yes. Any item that is sold out has this notification feature. There you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email to confirm your email address. Once you have done this, you will automatically receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
