Would you like to return an item or cancel a contract? Simply use our convenient online form.

How it works:

1. Fill out all fields correctly and completely, at least those marked as mandatory.
2. Click on "Confirm cancellation" to submit your cancellation directly to us.
3. We will promptly confirm the receipt of your cancellation via email in accordance to the current consumer protection guidelines of 2026. This confirmation serves as proof for you.

Please notice:

1. If you wish to return only part of your ordered goods and the value of the goods you wish to keep is below our limit for free shipping, then the proportional shipping costs will be charged to you subsequently and will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. For orders placed by using a discount coupon where the discount depends on a specific order value, the same applies: If you only wish to return part of your ordered goods and the value of the goods you wish to keep is below the discount threshold, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. If you collected bonus points for your order, these will be deducted from you account. If you have already redeemed these points, the value of these bonus points will be deducted from the refund amount.
